This is a fitness regime designed for the over 50’s to help keep people’s bodies and minds in peak condition, working and taking steps towards a healthier and happier future.
This is a group of ladies who have been together over 20 years and have recently moved to the Centre from Bethesda Chapel in Glanaman. Their title is ‘Lleisiau’r Cwm’ and they hold practices on Thursday evenings under their Musical Director Miss Catrin Hughes.
This class is where a group of men and women meet on a weekly basis to play, discuss and build. It’s about figure, role playing, CCG or board games. They play favourite games or learn a new systems every week. They help with painting, advice, and tips on modelling
This is a mixed group of our older community members who attend the Centre for socialising, befriending, support, advice, exercise, physical activity, information and signposting. It’s a group run by volunteers.
This is a local group of gentlemen who meet at the Centre every Sunday and Wednesday evenings to practise, and who have been together for the past 25 years under their Musical Director Ian Llewellyn. The groups title is Côr Meibion Dyffryn Amman.
This is a group which has been set up by ‘Dewis Cymru’ an organisation which help people who find it difficult to socialise and with their well-being. By bringing these people together in these classes to Knit and subsequently open up to Natter.
